Cancellation Policy

1.1 Conditions for Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing or delivery stage.

Once an order has been processed or the digital file has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available, it can no longer be canceled.

Rodrigues Printworks LLC primarily sells digital machine embroidery design files and downloadable craft-related products.

For digital products, orders cannot be canceled once the file has been delivered or made available.

Cancellation for digital products is only considered if the file has not been delivered within 48 business hours after purchase.

If a physical product is offered and purchased, the order can only be canceled if it has not yet entered processing, production, or shipping.

1.2 Cancellation Request Time

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order so we can check the order status.

Cancellation requests are handled based on the order status at the time of the request.

For digital products, cancellation requests may only be reviewed if the file has not been received within 48 business hours after purchase.

1.3 Cancellation Outcome

If the order has not yet been processed or delivered, we will review the cancellation request and process it accordingly.

If the order has already entered processing or the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available, the cancellation request may be declined.

For digital products:

Cancellation is not allowed once the file has been delivered or made available
If the file has not been delivered within 48 business hours, the request will be reviewed
Issues related to incorrect, corrupted, inaccessible, or defective files will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy, not as a cancellation

For physical products, if applicable:

Cancellation is not allowed once the order has entered processing, production, or shipping
If the order has not yet entered processing, we will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution
