All products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

Product descriptions, images, mockups, and previews are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately, but colors, stitch appearance, file compatibility, and final results may vary depending on your device, software, embroidery machine, fabric, thread, and production settings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product details, file formats, and compatibility information before placing an order.

Section 2 – Order Processing

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Processing Time:

Digital products are typically prepared and made available within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.

In most cases, digital files may be delivered by download link, customer account access, or email, depending on the product and checkout process.

Once an order has entered processing or once the digital file has been delivered or made available, changes or modifications may no longer be possible.

Section 3 – Digital Delivery

Rodrigues Printworks LLC primarily sells digital products. Digital products do not require physical shipping.

After purchase, customers will receive access to the purchased digital file through the delivery method available on our website.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking their inbox, spam folder, or customer account for delivery information.

If you do not receive your digital product within the stated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

Physical shipping does not apply to digital products unless a physical product is clearly offered and purchased separately.

Section 4 – Order Cancellation

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once processing has begun or once the file has been delivered, accessed, or made available.

Cancellation may only be considered if the digital product has not been delivered within 48 business hours after purchase.

Issues related to incorrect, defective, corrupted, or inaccessible files are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and are not considered valid reasons for cancellation unless we are unable to provide a working replacement or appropriate resolution.

Section 5 – Returns and Refunds

Return or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because our products are digital, they are generally non-returnable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Refund requests may be considered under the following situations:

The digital product is not delivered after purchase
The digital file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
The file provided is incorrect due to an order processing error
The item received is significantly different from the product description
The product cannot be used due to a confirmed file issue that we are unable to resolve

Customers may be required to provide clear screenshot evidence showing the issue with the product, file, download link, software error, or delivery problem.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund approval is subject to verification of the order details and the issue reported.

Section 6 – Product Quality and Support

We aim to provide clear, usable, and properly prepared digital embroidery design files.

If you experience any issue with a purchased file, including download problems, corrupted files, access issues, or file-related concerns, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or download.

We will review the issue and provide assistance whenever possible. In some cases, we may provide a replacement file, corrected file, alternative download method, or another appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct software, embroidery machine, fabric, stabilizer, and materials required to use the purchased digital files.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Rodrigues Printworks LLC website, including digital embroidery files, design previews, product images, graphics, text, and downloadable files, is the property of Rodrigues Printworks LLC or its content providers.

Digital products are intended for personal and craft use only unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, sharing, uploading, modification for resale, or commercial distribution of our digital files is strictly prohibited.

Customers may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute the original digital files in any form.

Section 8 – Limitation of Liability
