    This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to purchases made through the Rodrigues Printworks LLC website. Rodrigues Printworks LLC is owned and operated by Rodrigues Printworks LLC.

    By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Please read this information carefully before making a purchase.


    1. Order Processing


    Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be prepared for delivery.

    Estimated processing time:

    3–5 business days

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

     

    2. Customer Email and Access Responsibility


    Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address when placing an order.

    If you believe you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible.

     

    3. Processing and shipping frame time


    Once you place your order, it will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

    7–10 business days
    Total estimated delivery time:
    10–15 business days, including production and shipping

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, international transportation issues, peak seasons, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    The applicable shipping cost, shipping method, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

     

    4. Order Tracking


    A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

    Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.

     

    5. Shipping Issues


    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

    Rodrigues Printworks LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

    If a package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

    If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
