Rodrigues Printworks LLC primarily sells digital products, including machine embroidery design files, embroidery design bundles, mini icon sets, seasonal embroidery patterns, holiday designs, and other downloadable craft-related digital files.
Our digital products do not require physical shipping. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Digital files are typically delivered electronically through a download link, customer account access, or email, depending on the checkout and delivery process.
2. Digital Order Processing
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be prepared for digital delivery.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In many cases, digital products may be available shortly after purchase. However, some files may require additional processing or verification before delivery.
3. Customer Email and Access Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address when placing an order.
Please check your inbox, spam folder, junk folder, or customer account if you do not see the digital delivery information.
Rodrigues Printworks LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address, inaccessible email account, or customer-side technical restrictions.
If you believe you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. No Physical Shipping Required
Because our store primarily sells digital embroidery files, shipping costs, shipping carriers, and physical tracking numbers do not apply to most orders.
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require postal or courier delivery.
If a physical product is ever offered on our website, the applicable shipping cost, shipping method, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.
5. Physical Products, If Applicable
Although Rodrigues Printworks LLC primarily sells digital products, we may offer physical products in certain cases.
If a physical product is purchased, it will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

For physical products, if applicable, a tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.
Tracking is not available for digital products because digital files are delivered electronically.

8. Cancellations and Modifications
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled or modified once the file has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available.
If a digital product has not been delivered within 48 business hours after purchase, please contact us for assistance.
Issues related to digital files will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Physical Shipping Issues, If Applicable
If a physical product is offered and purchased, customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Rodrigues Printworks LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a physical package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
